Use your QR on the Zara App for:
- Having associated all of your purchases online and at physical stores. At a physical store, identify yourself at the till with your Zara QR code and request an e-receipt.
- In-store returns for both online and in-store purchases.
- Collect all of your online orders at a physical store.

Ratings and Reviews
Not possible to return!
I was wanting to return some goods, which were not fitting for me.
I was doing everything on the app. Then i got the confirmation emails, that in 24-48 hours, curier will come to pick the goods up. BUT (!) now is already 72 hours went, and nobody was contacting me. And it was working days!
Then - i have tried again to make a return in the app. But - these items were erased already!
So (!!!) now i am sitting with the items, which are not fitting for me, and i have no idea IF anybody will come / or WHEN any body will come!?
This is BAD !!!
Plus(!) - you are asking to write a nickname, and i was trying plenty of them - and it is comming the answer, that it is taken already!
I assume, that you dont want, that everybody would see a bad comment!!!!
BUT - instead of not letting to post ot, - better do your job in a better way!
Review
Poor app. There is no reason why I should use app and not the safari page, its the same. No personalofication. I need favourites or wishlist
Purchasing experience
It feels like there is no system after I make a purchase - from 10 items I hope that will arrive at least few. There is no information about the money return (amount, dates), and information provided that I should expect delivery last week (?). In addition I constantly receive emails that order is split in two or more (that is normal) and ready to ship, but after few days there comes an email that order is modified and there will be no some of the items - how it can be ready to ship and after few days “missing items” (and still no info about money return)? Do not recommend shopping with Zara app.
