You can book an appointment when and where you want or just communicate with your dealer in a digital way. You avoid traffic jams by dropping off or picking up your car outside the opening hours. You find all information about your dealer, your maintenance contract or your current appointment in just a few clicks. The 24/7 Service app guides you in a smooth way through each appointment and keeps you up to date.

° BOOKING A SERVICE APPOINTMENT : Book an appointment for Service or Repair and possible additional services at the BMW or MINI Service Partner of your choice. No need to collect information, the app does it for you. Booking an appointment takes only 30 seconds.
° CHOOSE YOUR MOBILITY : Reserve a rental car of your choice or select another mobility solution that fits you.
° DROP OFF or PICK UP YOUR CAR OUTSIDE THE OPENING HOURS : The 24/7 Service App guides you through this process. All necessary preparation is handled upfront via the app. You avoid the rush hours in traffic and save precious time.
° PICK UP YOUR RENTAL CAR OUTSIDE THE OPENING HOURS : The 24/7 Service App guides you to sign the documents and pick up your keys at the Keybox of your Service Partner.
° NO QUEUES ANY MORE : You just drop your key at the Fastlane desk in the morning. All preparation is done upfront via the 24/7 Service app.
° CHAT : You can communicate and exchange information with your Service Advisor.
° EXCHANGE PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS : Save time by sending them via the app. You can receive also pictures and documents from your Service Partner.
° WINTER/SUMMER WHEEL EXCHANGE : Book your time slot for a quick exchange and save time.
° IN CASE OF EMERGENCY : All necessary information about BMW and MINI RoadAssist 24/7 is only one click away.
° MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: You find all relevant information about the content of your Maintenance Contract under your profile.
° ALWAYS UP TO DATE : via the 24/7 Service App you are updated about your Service Partner, your appointment and your mobility, always and everywhere. The 24/7 app guides you through the whole journey and you have all necessary information available at the right time.

Attention:
° To use the 24/7 Service App a BMW or MINI Connected account is needed. You also need to connect your vehicle to your Connected account. This is necessary to link all information about your car in the app. If you don’t have an account yet, the app will guide you through this process.
° With the 24/7 Service App you can book appointments and communicate with an official BMW or MINI Service Partner of your choice in Belgium and Luxemburg. Once you selected a specific dealer, you are in direct contact with him.
° The 24/7 Service app is connected also with the BMW and MINI Connected app. When you ask for an appointment in the Connected app you will be transferred to the 24/7 Service app.
° It can happen that some BMW or MINI Service Partners do not offer all mentioned 24/7 services. Information is available in the app itself.
° A mobile internet connection is needed. This can generate costs according to the contract between the customer and his mobile provider.
