24 FIT APP is a software that can connect the bracelet to record your exercise and sleep data. It can record your exercise data around the clock, including steps, kilocalories, kilometers, etc. Sleep log can record the data of deep sleep and light sleep every day. The bracelet is not a medical device, and the test data and results are for reference only, not as diagnostic basis. It also supports remote selfies, message alerts and daily alarm Settings.
