I don't like to feel I am trapped and pushed to take services, I strongly felt I'm robbed by this app as they charged me yearly membership the most expensive one when I had no idea what did happen and there is no customer services or email address to ask the resoan.

You can request a full refund through Apple of course. Our contact details are on our website and in the app under >Profile >Settings. We try our best to explain how the free trial works - we additionally send you an email 2 day before your trial ends to make sure you remember to make up your mind if you want to keep Ahead.
