Description
The Altea Care App empowers patients to facilitate Long Covid Assessments with efficient and user-friendly interface to take an active part of the patient journey including a gateway to an evidence-based network and community.
Our solution provides a wide range of functions, including access to guidebooks and evidence-based information on Long COVID alongside a comprehensive overview of symptoms. At the heart of the app is a digital assessment that the patient fills out and later discusses with the healthcare professional during the consultation.
