Watch the mini-videos to discover the captivating stories about the paintings in the Museum.

Bandini Icon holds a wide range of informations about the paintings and the history of the collection of Angelo Maria Bandini, the 18th century collector who gave the name to the Museum. Your curiosity will be satisfied.

THE STORY OF THE BANDINI ICON PROJECT
Bandini Icon was born as a partnership project between the Museums of Fiesole, the University of Florence, and the ISIA of Florence. All the art-historical contents have been created by a team of young art historians led by the Professors Sonia Chiodo and Andrea De Marchi of the University of Florence.

The project has been financed thanks to the “Cultural Labs” fellowship of the Fondazione CR of Florence, and has been developed by Maggioli Group.

Attention:
Bandini Icon doesn’t work with the works of art held in glass cases and with the sculptures.
All the paintings are perfectly recognised by the camera!
