Overseas - financial manager

Hello

The system is checking my overseas address - and i fail to understand why it doesn t consider the account owners address - which is in Australia.

I am only a financial manager - and i m trying to create a Savings account or a deposit for my aunt.

In addition - i d be grateful on the pensioner passbook account ro see all account movements (which is not possible)

Finally - i tried to make an intl transfer - i set up the intl address - but the system would not let me execute an intl transfer from the passbook pensioner account (while i was able to make a domestic payment from the same account to a medical profession in Australia.

Can’t Get NetCode

My non-stop nightmare continues where, despite all information being correct, I cannot receive a NetCode through the App. Customer service is clueless, no one is helping me.
