pas fiable
pour être honnête, je ne sais pas si c’est la sonnette vidéo ou l’application.
On sait jamais si une vidéo sera accessible ou pas. Elle se déconnecte et se reconnecte dans la journée. Un collègue a exactement la même que moi, et il a aussi les mêmes problèmes, sauf que lui il l’a déjà remplacé par une sonnette vidéo de nest parce qu’il en avait tout simplement marre.

Super bug !!
L’application envoie des tutoriels , plus écrans à la suite et .. impossible de quitter le dernier , impossible de valider j’ai compris … dans l’ensemble j’ai eu beaucoup de soucis avec différents produits de cette société, comme le thermostat, et service client 0, passez votre chemin …..vous ne serez pas déçus comme moi qui ai cru dans leurs produits et investi bien trop d’argent pour un résultat vraiment pas à la hauteur.. je réinstalle l’application pour ma 3e fois pour récupérer la gestion de mes équipements suite à ce bug !!!!!
