Can’t change clubs
Very difficult to change the club. I subscribed to the gym to have access to the different clubs yet the new app does not allow me to change and select the one closer to where I am that specific day/time. Please update. This is the reason why I am at Jims.
Cannot change the club
A new app does not allow the club change. So rigid app and annoying. Impossible to register for the class you want to attend. Very disappointed.
Terrible. Too many taps to book a class makes me not wanna book a class
Nonintuitive. Difficult to change studios.Doesn’t automatically sync to personal calendar. Sends email confirmation as though it’s a work appointment. Previous app was cleaner and WAY better
