Description

The free self-coaching app “Life Improver” is your digital life coach on the way to a more satisfied life. It serves personal development and self-improvement. Self-coaching assumes that every person knows their problems best and can find the best solutions for them themselves. The app acts as a self-help tool.

The app is based on the Wheel of Life concept and supports you in 14 areas of your life through questions, coaching techniques and tools to tackle different types of problems and find individual solutions. It provides tools such as strengths/weaknesses analysis, relationship analysis, value catalog, asset analysis, happiness diary, and more.

You can use the app to document your analyses, resolutions and goals. You define tasks and set deadlines for them. The app reminds you to complete these tasks.

After using it for the first time, you should repeatedly access the app to check your life direction and possibly readjust it - this is especially true in the event of drastic life events.

Self-coaching requires a lot of discipline in order to implement your plans and goals. It can initially take a lot of effort to give up your ingrained habits and thought patterns and to overcome your inner weaker self. Not everyone can do this with self-coaching alone and probably needs a personal coach. At this time you have already done valuable core work with the app, which the coach can build on in a goal-oriented manner.

If you doubt whether the app is suitable for you, simply download it. Take 10 minutes and go through the “self-assessment” questionnaire. This will give you an idea of the topics covered and how high your need for change is.

The app is free and also ad-free. Personal data is neither collected, used nor passed on.

Important notice:
The app is not a substitute for professional treatment by psychologists or psychotherapists in the case of mental disorders or illnesses.
