Great app, swift service and stellar customer care

It’s story how to save a chick with an app. When can’t move, you live alone and you’re in pain you get painkillers. But you have none at home. You can’t walk,lie or stand and you barely slept through the night. You’re on the third floor and getting out is impossible in this state. None of the online websites accepts your foreign credit card nor delivers before the next day. And it’s only 9am. You can cry but you won’t fall asleep because it hurts too much. so that’s my Morning today. I cried and googled myself to medcartel website. And this annoying chat thingy that everyone’s hate pops up. Guess what. No chatbots! So I blab my sad story there. Within 4 minutes a real life,amazing person adapts payment process for me. Even apologises that delivery may take 1,5h - but it was a miracle for me. I wouldn’t be able to dress myself in 1,5h nor leave the house. It’s 2pm now and Im getting half conscious/half functional . Courrier brought the package to the 3rd floor (rare in Amsterdam) and this kind helpful person added a chocolate to cheer me up. I don’t know how to say how heartwarming and just kind this small thing was. thank you. So I’m writing this review now. App is an UX dream - integrated with Apple Pay,clean and pleasant design. Very cheap delivery,all urgent OTC products. Regular prices. And real humans fuelling the company during pandemic. Cheering for you guys!
