## The Writing Experience is So Important
Writing experience does matters for Metion.
We redesigned the writing-focused mode named "Zen Mode" for macOS, and it's very beautiful. Choosing a background image that suits your mood, the white noise of Zen Mode is amazing, and the writing-unrelated interface elements are automatically disappeared that makes writing a real pleasure.

## Data Freedom, Open Filesystem, Git Built-in
Metion based on the open filesystem of iCloud, no need to create new format for storing data. An article is a plain text file, and the images in the article are also under a certain folder.
Data freedom and open filesystems allow us to synchronize data across devices using iCloud. If you have a higher requirement for data security, you can also make a backup very quickly by copying the entire folder (work folder).

One thing more, Metion has a built-in support named "history version" that provides a little more reliability for your documents. ** Also, if you know how to use Git, you can try Git syncing in Metion. Yes! We have the powerful Git as a built-in feature! **

## The Exporting of Metion
If using Metion to export as PDF, we suggest the theme of PDF can be set as "Printer" in Settings Panel. If there is a real printer connected in current local network, just directly print it, it will be pretty when words on the real paper.

Document in Metion can be exported as image, which is optimized for mobile device (iPhone). We can set text and QR-Code signature at the end of exported image. Send it to friends though some social apps. The beautiful layout of text can highlight the value of your words.

Metion can automatically analyze the current articles, especially those with strong structure. It can be exported as "Mindmap" with one tap only.

- Important Adjustment: Considering the stability reasons of iCloud Drive, sync with iCloud Drive will no longer be enabled by default. If needed, you can manually re-enable iCloud Drive sync. Although the probability is low, as long as the app uses iCloud Drive for an extended period, document version duplicates may occur (can be directly deleted), and situations where older version content is overwritten (can be retrieved by historical versions). Currently, the app uses CloudKit as the default sync method, which is also a part of iCloud, and the functionality within the app is now quite stable.
- Fixed: When the size of the main editing view changes size, the positioning of the TOC sidebar may deviate.
- Adjusted: The TOC sidebar now defaults to being collapsed.
- Fixed: Entering focus mode with multiple windows present could cause the focus state randomly jump to one of them.
- Fixed: In desktop mode, Zen mode will no longer handle focus mode to avoid conflicts.
- Other minor bug fixes.
