THE MYDS APP, WITH YOU EVERY DAY
MyDS, the application for DS owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your DS driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked DS vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your DS vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyDS application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyDS also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple DS vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby DS dealerships and their contact details.
- DS news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyDS also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with DS Assistance, Contact DS and DS dealerships.
In order to profit plainly of the app's features, we ask you to give MyDS App the access to the following features :
- Location
- Bluetooth
- Calendar
- Notification
All DS models are compatible with the MyDS application. However, if your DS is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed., You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.
* - Available with a smartphone that has a network connection and geolocation services.
^ - Available for vehicles equipped with Bluetooth.

Mon dieu…
L’app est un copier coller de My Citroen qui n’est pas terrible. Et cela ne semble pas mieux avec l’app my ds. Déjà pas moyen de se connecter à l’app. Le mail d’activation n’est jamais arrivé même après plusieurs relances. Ca commence déjà bien pour un véhicule dit haut de gamme. 02/11. J’ai encore enlevé 1 étoile. Plusieurs réclamations/mails à DS concernant le problème de connexion à l’app, même pas de réponse. DS Automobiles marque française haut de gamme, mon oeil, même les chinois font mieux. Le service clients DS est plutôt bas de gamme et c’est encore un compliment. 06/01/2022. Toujours pas possible d’activer l’app. Service clients de DS absence totale, aucune réponse. Mi-février, enfin l’activation fonctionne. 14/03/2022 Reçu la voiture fin février. Cette app est encore plus nulle que mycitroën. Manque des données de conduite, fonctionnement aléatoire, connexion pour vérifier la charge… quand ça veut, pout du haut de gamme, c’est inadmissible, même l’app pour mon robot-tondeuse et plus rapide, plus fiable et plus exacte. DS AUTOMOBILES, vous devriez avoir honte de proposer une telle App à vos clients et surtout un service clients qui ne répond jamais. Si je pouvais, je donnerais -5 étoiles. 17/08/2022 Après plusieurs mises à jour, toujours pas mieux. Manque de trajets, trajets en double voir trois fois, commande à distance e-tense aléatoire.
