What a pity, I think I’ll probably return it because the app barely works and you need it for your own uploaded stories/songs.

I work with tech and complex apps/platforms so I can only imagine how much more frustrating this would be if I didn’t know what to troubleshoot.

However after jumping through hell it’s seems, I have decided to share this review to let others know before they purchase.

1. Trying to stay signed in seems to be whenever the app/website decides to work.

2. You need the app to play your own uploads. Have never been able to get to the creative tonies page on the app to do so. Keep getting constant errors (it really loads only when it feels like it seems).

The irony is that the error says you can contact support at the bottom of my profile section yet that also has the same error when I try so there’s no way to easily get in touch with support.

This box is so popular apparently so either they have made their money and don’t care any longer or their tech team is in need of new hires.

I bet that no one working at Tonies even uses this device because you can’t have such a horrible experience with the app and setup in general otherwise.

I concluded that it’s truly a good product, idea and business for that matter.

If anyone is reading this that has the capacity to create an alternative, it shouldn’t be difficult to take Tonies market share if this is the type of experience customers have.

In any case, I will try for a few more days and see if the operation is smooth otherwise it’s completely overpriced for what I have currently experienced.
