Beeps even for hazards on other roads
Apps like waze know exactly on which side of which road you are, and display hazards accordingly, even of you didn’t set a route. However, ooono beeps even if a hazard is on a totally different road or the other side of the highway. Therefore, only about 30% of beeps are for real hazard…
