Great catalog but such an awful and flawed app

Everything is said in the title, the movie proposal is absolutely awesome but the app is regularly not working, especially when traveling, and this instability is really becoming boring. Feeling is that we pay too much for what we receive then.

Big troubles!!!!!!

1. I was debited twice !!! One for a subscription on my TV (via Post.lu), and another one on my iPad (by credit card),
2. I cancelled the Post.lu subscription of Sooner. Should be effective as from August. But I still cannot use Sooner on my iPad. Even if I am debited every month ….. I am requested to subscribe again.
It s a nightmare…
