Stealing my bag‼️
If you don't send me a proof of the existence of my bag in your premises or a shipping voucher to Luxembourg, I promise you that it will end well between us! This is a real theft!
BAD BAD BAD website and very poor management‼️ they are holding my bag for over 6 months now and they don’t send it back to me or pay me the “loss”. I am sure they have lost it and it has disappeared and they try to gain time all over again, but i will press charges if i don’t have my bag end of next week‼️

The worst experience
Horrible, not very clear policy of authentication of the items. I sold and send my item to them and my item failed their authentication. The item was original and in the original box etc. They did not specify anything and just asked money from me to get my item back.
For the info, I had no contact and no possibility to see and track my item on the way back. It just disappeared from the website and I had zero way to track it and see the status.
Impossible to reach online support, you need to sit and chat with robots until they finally connect you to the actual person. Also you need to chat with them uninterruptible during work hours, so you can just skip whatever you do and spend few hours chatting with support if you even reach them.
