Where’s my fan??
I use Wiz mostly to control a fan. V2 does not seem to support it.
So app is worthless to me…

Kindly note that with the V2 WiZ apps, control is limited to WiZ products. The app doesnt work anymore…
The app doesn’t work anymore and it wont conmect to the lights… the support and maintenance on the app itself is very poor. I regret investing in this product because the bottleneck is something we dont have any control over and its very frustrating….

From the WiZ V2, press on Settings, scroll down and click on Help Center and from here you will be able to initiate a Live chat Support.
Horrible
I don’t want to pass by my Network to have access to your bulb!!!!! If Bluetooth is not enough to connect - give me back my money for this bulb!!!! Horror.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear that the lights do not meet your requirement at the moment. Indeed, the devices requires a 2.4Ghz WPA2 network in order to work as printed on the packaging box. We do want to assure you that we are looking into other pairing options which may include Bluetooth, but this would be something that might be available in the coming future.
