Description
Velkommen til Nordsjællands hyggeligste yoga studie. Yogimind ligger i hjertet af Hillerød.
Vi har med en helt unik atmosfære skabt et lille åndehul vor tid og sted står stille. Hvor der er ro til fordybelse af din krop, dit sind og din sjæl.
Alt er samlet under et tag: Yoga hold, 1:1 privat timer, yogaterapi, behandlinger, Kropsterapi, workshops og foredrag.
Vi tilbydes flere hold dagligt. Med et bredt udvalg af: Yin, Blid Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness, Restorative samt Yoga Nidra. Alle undervist af certificeret yogainstruktører.
I vores APP får du nemt et overblik over vores klasser, workshops og medlemskab. Du kan booke og afmelde med et enkelt klik.

Bente Ibsen (f.1974) åbnede Yogimind.dk i 2016 uddannet yogainstruktør samt uddannet Yogaterapeut fra Amrit Yoga Institute (US) (Accredited by IAYT (international association of yoga Therapists)
Uddannet kropsterapeut Omniterapi (Israel/DK)
Passioneret yogi og mange års erfaring med undervisning af forskellige yoga stilarter, meditation/mindfulness samt forskellige terapi former.
Afholder foredrag og workshops.
