TRAINING PLANS SUITABLE FOR EVERY LEVEL

34 Method determines the most suitable level for you, makes the exercises efficient and applicable, and adjusts the training intensities for you.
These levels are defined as beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Beginner and intermediate level are divided into 3 sections each. Each episode covers 16 workouts in 4-week schedules.

Advanced consists of general strength high-intensity workouts and includes 16 workouts updated every 4 weeks with monthly planning.

You will keep progressing with constantly renewed difficulty levels and test your athletic performance by setting new goals!

34 Method planning; It is designed with full body weight functional fitness movements and high-intensity workouts that you can do with a single kettlebell or a dumbbell.

Information About Subscriptions

In this application, training contents are offered within 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions.
You can try this program with a 1-week trial version, valid only for your first purchase. When the trial period ends, the monthly payment periods of your selected subscription will begin.

During the selected time, you will have access to new workouts as you complete the next workout added to your schedule.

Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account once you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription period expires.
You can manage your subscriptions from your iTunes account settings, or you can turn off auto-renewal if you wish.
If you make the purchase before the trial period ends, the trial period will automatically expire and you will use this right.
