Let's go ! Scan the QR code on the equipment to access a list of exercise videos. You choose the one that suits you according to different criteria: level, access for people with disabilities, style of activity sought and profile (teenager looking for a challenge, intense physical activity, sports ludo...) etc.
Up to you ! You perform the selected exercises and measure your time using the stopwatch.
Your workouts are saved in History, you can view the list and redo the ones you want by selecting directly from the list.
And for even more fun, you can take on challenges and challenge yourself with friends!
