I like the app really, but there are problems with latest update. Cannot be installed on latest iOS, iPhone 6S+.

The Airbnb became just a monster business platform. They promise protect you as host, but from other side they finds millions reasons when not to be involved in any cases between you and guests. If you are lucky and get compensation for damages, Airbnb will ask you provide all documents and proves, you will spend so much time to chat with them, sometimes it’s easier to replace something without Airbnb.
So Airbnb asking 18 % commission for great marketing and add, but they are not protesting you as host, usually they are not interested to be in any cases, sometimes they replay in 10 busses days.
Also, don’t use Airbnb smart calendar, it’s just made by to make happy guests, the price offering is twice lover then in market, it’s doesn’t make any sense to use. Offering 14 euros per day for 2 bedroom apartment.
Hopefully, Airbnb will find the way how to make balance between make money and protect hosts, without annoying procedure.
