Terrible privacy
Application requests to enable user tracking, even though there is no reason for that. Cannot by pass the tracking confirmation
Frustrating
The app doesn’t allow to pay with random visa or Mastercard. It doesn’t have Apple Pay (it’s 2023!!!) It doesn’t redirect to mobile banking after you manually insert the online banking credentials. So actually, the only way to buy tickets is driving to the cinema and buy it there. Also, if you would like to exchange your tickets or return- you won’t be able to make it neither within the app, nor contacting the support team( which will respond you in 24 hours soonest. Latest is never) Also, if you don’t use the app for a couple of months-please be ready that all the bonuses you have gathered will be deleted from your account. And it just takes too much effort to communicate with the support team, so I won’t even try at this point. I know the time is hard for any kind of business now, but try to be more careful about your clients and perhaps they will use you service more often! Very disappointing.
