The voice creator working improperly

The quality of the created covers is below the minimum. The voice sounds like yours but it cannot create a good cover, almost 80% of covers with robotic accents and random noises. Tried to create basic and pro voice. Completely the same results for some songs basic even better.
The support button isn't working so you cannot follow the refund procedure. The idea is cool but the realisation so far isn't that good.
