Great app, always fixing their weak places fast
Besides being a shoping addict,I am also an IT person. So it is guite hard to surprise me, but these guys are doing a great job!
Only con of the BestSecret is that the return label is not included in the package, and you need to print it
I hope that Best Secret won’t mess up it’s great reputation
I have been a dedicated client for years now. The app and the webpage has also been updated for the best. And the sortiment is great! However, for the last few months the prices are not as pleasent as they were. The prices are rising few days after I have favourited the product. Moreover, they increase about 30%. Before, I was shopping constantly. I have recommended it to bunch of my friends and all my family members. I understand that it may be, because of the popularity the site has gain, but I am afraid that after little time it won’t be possible to call it Best Secret anymore. I hope for some changes, because I do really enjoy and recommend it.
Uncomfortable delivery company
I and many other girls from Latvia would be more satisfied if another delivery company were chosen by you, because the parcel lockers to which our parcels are delivered are not popular in Latvia and are not as available as those who used by other companies (for example, Omniva, DPD).
For returning our goods it is also outdated system, because we have to bring the returning goods to the Latvian post office, instead of putting it in the nearest parcel locker with a return label already prepared by you.
