Il progetto è stato sviluppato dalle classi 3A ITE AFM, 3H ITE RIM e 1M Professionale Enograstronomico dell'I.I.S. "Casagrande-Cesi" di Terni sotto la guida dei prof. Paolo Bernardi ed Anna Lisa Sinolfi.
