Balls

Quite literally, a load of balls.

Firstly, support agents seem to be smoking heavy pot, only answering the initial question in a hand written manner after 3 misused macros.

Secondly, money on hold for 3 days, in AND out, making it 6 in total for a transaction. I think Guinness needs its record book out again.. FOR THE SLOWEST EFFING SERVICE IN 21st CENTURY. Technology of future, my buttcheeks.

Thirdly, most importantly. You will have to summon a dragon and do a spiritual dance around blockchain to find out how the hell to navigate around the website, it’s like the labyrinth of life.

The simple process of adding money to your wallet - find the “buy crypto button” and get lost in the maze after filling out billing info.

Jumping your money from one account to another, losing enormous cash on their hidden fees (that’s right, instead of buying selling at the market price, you will have to buy 10% higher and sell 10% lower the market price), transfer fees, and whatever else will be just like that friend that has money but always asks you to buy him something from the shop.

All in all, dissatisfied, stressed, waiting for money back.

All this just because I wanted to send 50$ to a dude over btc. Innovative technologies my buttcheeks.

At first i thought i cant get my profits out but its not a scam try swap to bitcoin to withdrawal other wallet. Works great i profited and got back money recommend!!! 10/10 Best crypto wallet ever made !!!

Awful

There have never been so many inconveniences with any exchange. At first they could not recover the account due to the lack of a passphrase. if you think that you will get full access after entering it, you are mistaken. You will have a problem selling and sending crypto, it’s good that this will not affect the purchase! You can buy as much as you want!! I’m still solving this issue, they want confirmation from an email that I don’t have access to, support is up to date, they even changed the email address.
