Great app support
There was bug, that I could not submit my reciepts on my new iphone 12 pro max so I called and tell the operator. It was a huge surprise that the bug was fixed in 2-3 days. Thanks, I am happy!
Limited app functionality
Firsly, it’s not possible to discard submitted apllication or even see case id, which support asks you about (lost 15+ minutes and counting to communicate support over WhatsApp and email). Secondly, if I select language other than LV on the app, the card view is in that other language, which makes not much sense as I’m supposed to show it to others.

Labākā apdrošinàtāju aplikācija, kāda ir lietota. Nekad nav bijušas problēmas. Redzi uzreiz savus limitus, iztērētās summas. Čeku iesniedz tikai nofotogrāfējot-nekur nekas nav jāvada.
