Regular Glitches in app
Glitches in app on regular basis show that Taxi will arrive in 3-4 min and then takes twice the time. With food delivery wanted for an hour while system told me that the order is placed, and kept showing me estimated delivery time reducing and then after waiting for more than an hour and after calling customer service I discovered the order was never placed on the backend system.
Charged twice
Hi, my last ride from JVC to Airport was charged twice. I paid in cash since driver advised no app working at a time, but still my bank was charged for the last ride. Please refund. Thanks.
