Very slow, useless application comparing to web-page
I love Douglas, however this app makes it impossible to work with… it’s so slow, and impossible to proceed with purchase via app. I know about the app since November 2023, now it’s April 2024 and no improvements made. Very sad(((
Not the greatest User experience
Was so happy to learn that Douglas has mobile app that allows me to browse and purchase items from one of my favourite retailers! Sad to admit the app could benefit from some improvements:
- it’s slow. When browsing through the selection, each time I return from the single item’s description back into the main list, it seems to be loading all of the products database. It’s slow and starts back at the top.
- design-wise it looks like a scaled down web , not the best experience on mobile devices. - Button placement
Jesus its so horrible
This app is horrible. Sooo slow an bugy, brings down the whole experience sadly. I wish there was a nicely functional app, I would most definetly purchase via it and scroll through and add stuff to my wishlist. Right now the “wishlist” is so hiddent and not.
