Hello. I decided to write a review as I have been robbed of 95% of all my money. I’ll start by saying their support is AWFUL (they take ages to reply).
I deposited all of my money into the site because it was seemingly legit (and, as advertised, doesn’t have fees), but I was charged a random 3% fee when depositing. Not to mention - the lowest amount you can deposit is $200, which is why I put in all my money. I deposited $201 at the cost of €185 (which is NOT 1:1 AT ALL).
Moving on, I had lost about $13 in trades, so I decided to withdraw funds before it’s too late. FOR 4 DAYS I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE ABOUT WITHDRAWING MY FUNDS WHATSOEVER.
After these 4 days, I was greeted with a message in my e-mail basically saying my account is locked because I cannot “prove my address”, even though I uploaded proof of all my data from VID (Valsts Ieņēmumu dienests), Latvia’s financial government. That proof got denied.
No bank statement or any bills contain my name because I live with my parents, as I JUST completed high school.
To sum up, this virtual broker is just designed for the CEO to rob unexperienced traders out of their money.

Depositing prior to account verification isn't something we insist on - it's at each client's discretion to decide whether or not to deposit.

When the client's account isn't fully verified, it will be ultimately liquidated. We will close all positions, refund the remaining balance, & limit/close the account within 15 days.

I give this app two stars because this is very complex platform. There’s higher fee for withdrawal. I was investing in Libertex before. Libertex is way better then this app. There minimum deposit is 20 € and there is not withdrawal fee if you use PayPal. In case you use credit/debit card still 1 euro only. There’s instant withdrawal. I’m sorry eToro team. You need fix lot of things. My first experience was like I lost my 200$. Well I didn’t loose my money except 2 $ +5 $ fee for withdrawal. I put 170€ but I received 202$ I think I would have received 204$ so I didn’t like this too.

eToro publishes a fees page with all due fees for all assets and actions in the account for any user or interested person to see if it meets their requirements.

eToro has a unified $5 withdrawal fee regardless of the amount been withdrawn. Some of our club members receive discounts and are not charged that amount.
