The FCPL Checkout App is the only way for you to use your phone or tablet to borrow library materials from the Flagler County Public Library in Flagler County, Florida. Simply login with your Library Card # and Pin # (the last four digits of the phone number that we have on file) and you’re able to start borrowing books, DVD’s, magazines, Audiobooks, and much much more!
