Create calm, comfort and connection through our mindful activity packs with themes such as "Courage and Connection," "Gentle Breezes and Bluebirds," "Hedgehogs and Autumn Leaves," and "Calm As A Cloud." Each theme has videos, restorative yoga poses, healing mantras, calming meditations and creative activities that build resilience, decrease stress and anxiety, and an intertwining of nature therapy and awareness of our earth too.
