App does not work

I have bought aliens package, but it does not open on the app. I have only bugs snd animals option. Was trying to reach the support, but no response. Very good idea, so sad that the technical realization of it is so weak

Disappointing limitations

Got the pack of clay for my daughter as a gift, but the app does not launch at all. Very disappointing and unhappy child.
