In-app purchase in a game you have to buy?
‼️‼️‼️ can i get money back now when “beach” is for free? I did purchase it back then, but now it is for free for everyone? What the....
The new update includes new level that you have to buy for 2,29€ even if you have brought the game. This game is not free. Why you have to pay to get new levels?
New level is not a “bonus” or something. It is just a next level and I waited for it almost a half a year!!!
Replay: With all respect, but we all need to pay rent and buy food... This in fact is the first time I see in app purchase on app you have to buy in a first place.. if you cannot do your job making game relevant, entertaining, not just one-play-through you have to add new levels. I enjoyed playing the game it self, drawings are incredible, but the fact that I have to buy more to play more is dissapointing. If you can’t afford making new levels, than raise price of the app. New I feel deceived and will delete the app, knowing that I can’t continue playing without paying

Hey there! I'd like to clarify the situation for you. Today, we released an update to Hidden Folks removing the Beach in-app purchase from the game (something you previously complained about and gave us a 1-star review for) while increasing the price of the game with the exact amount that you previously bought the Beach areas for. Previously the app was $4 base game + $2 Beach areas, and now it's $6 for the entire game. So you didn't lose anything, weren't treated unfairly, and as a matter of fact, you were just given the On Tour areas as a free update as well. So... I hope you understand we're on your side here, and we're trying to make it as easy and simple as possible after our diversion into in-app-purchase-land, where we couldn't handle all the hate and terrible things people were throwing at us. You can stay mad at me, at us, that's fine. You can ask for a refund is that's still possible. But please understand that I'm a human being, typing these words, and that I would appreciate it to be treated as such. - Adriaan de Jongh, game designer.
