Worse support ever
I have a huge question which I can not get response for month already. One day I randomly got subscribed for 300+ accounts I was not interested in at all, and had manually unsubscribe. I changed my password, checked authorization with apps - no authorizations, already had two factor. Then one question - how could it happen and continue happening again and again??? I really am frustrated, and there is no way to contact or call your support and get help, cause its definetly your bug in app which makes my usage really invonvonient! You have bad support, bad app, and it’s last month I am using it, if you don’t fix this.
Feed is not loading!!!!!!!!
It’s been already 6 days and my feed is still not loading . It only shows only abot 1 or 2 posts per day from my local friends. There are NO posts from influencers or blogs. And alse there is message that says : you’re all caught up . You have seen all posts from past 2 days. But apparently there are new posts . I just have to go one by one to people’s accounts. But stories and IGTV are working all fine. Instagram support is the WORST. They don’t seem to care. AT ALL! I tried to contact help center countless times , but there are no respond. Unless you won’t pay them billion dollars and won’t be a celebrity they won’t care about your small and pointless account. Instagram makes a lot of money and it’s sad that they can’t invest in help center . Instagram has the most INACCESSIBLE, UNDEVELOPED AND THE WORST customer service. And for those who are thinking to get new account, think twice. Because when you will need help , there won’t be any.
Last updates
Last updates are so bad: now stories are only 15 seconds again - it was so good when they were prolonged to 1 minute. But the worst update ever: now posts look more like stories and there is only small place for text so it is incredibly annoying and hard to read. And it looks also bad and messy. If you open the text, you can not scroll through the gallery of images if the post contains several pictures, so you need to press on text again, so it becomes smaller and you can scroll. Text is overlapping bottom part of the picture. And if post contains several pictures and i want to repost one concrete pic to my stories, it reposts only the first pic. I never write reviews, but this time I just beg you to fix this and bring the old posts’ appearance back. I use Instagram a lot and really love it, so I hope it will be as nice and cool as it was before.
