Bought 2 VIP pases for just dance for my children and vip passes do not work. Very frustrating waste of time. .... with the delay- now it works. Thanks.

SUPER DISSAPOINTED!
O.M.G! Very dissapointed. This already happened last year, but we thought you had fixed this. This time it it very big. Yesterday i bought a 3MONTH SUBSCRIBTION! Today we decided to have a dance party with all of my daughters friends because it worked perfectly yesterday! But guess what? IT DID NOT WORK! All of the devices were connected to Internet and it told us that they “couldnt connect to the game server”! PARTY RUINED COMPLETELY! Please fix this because we litterally gave you a chance but you have let us down. ANOTHER TIME! Dissapointed. I hope you have an explanation for this because this is very concerning!

Very concerned. Spent my money on nothing.
I bought VIP pass yesterday and danced my heart out. I woke up today and all I was thinking about was dancing. I open all my devices, all connected to the internet, and it just tells me that they couldn’t connect to the game server . This is not the first time that happened too. I really thought you had fixed it. 3 MONTH subscription wasted. Please actually read this and help me!
