Dear Ilja2022, Thank you for the review. As a schedule change happened on your flight we offered alternative flights and assisted refund options. It is always recommended and advertised to check the refund policy of the airlines as the refundable amount depends on the airline, before proceeding with the assisted refund option.
Unfortunately, in your case, as per the airline, the schedule change was not long enough for the refund to be offered by the airline. However, we have provided a solution from our side and I am glad we could come to a mutual agreement.

I’m worried
I booked a flight and had to rebook. Trip was rebooked to a lot longer trip with more flights and then one of the flights was cancelled. Only option seems to be pay again extra 300 eur to get a new flight. It is not acceptable that I have to pay extra for flight that was booked and cancelled. I would like to at least rebook the whole trip to later dates, when the cancelled flight resumes, but it is impossible to do it through the app and replies to messages take ages in the app. I'm worried I won't be able to have my trip and loose all the money.

Don’t order with them
I’ve loyal customer with Kiwi with several years and brought at least 5 of my friends to them.
When their ordering system failed and I was double charged for my luggage in the airport, their “claims” just kept saying that my luggage was as successfully added to me and the case is closed. And also blaming that the receipt I’ve provided is not for luggage, but for the “name change” 🤦🏼♂️
