Horrible app
Such a horrible and uncomfortable app! I couldnt find where to park a scooter! So I needed to go back where I took it! No navigation in the app where to find parking. Disgusting app, horrible and poor service!
Super bad experience
I used Lime in Madrid, Spain.
I will start with the good part. Scooters were pretty comfortable. And I was able to use apple pay. Thats good and thats it.
Now the bad part. Everything else was awf.
- App worked bad (1- i couldnt see parking spots on the map; 2- it didnt allow me to end ride even several times until it finally allowed to (at the same spot); 3 - the way Lime charges is still a mistery cause even tho we purchased daily pass we got charged extra anyways; 4- scooters endes rides bythemselves in the app while u are riding - seriously?!; there is more)
- Scooters just didnt work or stopped working on the road. Then w/o being able to see parking spots in the map, u are unable to understand which way to walk with this broken scooter
- You cannot trust the battery indicator. And then you cannot even get to the nearest parking when the battery suddenly runs out (if that was the problem)
Oh there was more,but im too angry to spend more time on this.
They take money from people!
Don’t trust this company with your bank account details because they took money from me for no reason after I had payed for my rides two weeks ago!
I don’t recommend! Choose another company!
