Bugs in payments
Making payments with the app is a real pain. It either throws a session error, or infinitely waiting for payment confirmation from Smart ID.
Unbelievably Political Move - Switched to Baltcom!
I was a user of this app, but the recent decision to remove the Russian language based on political motives left me bewildered. In a country where a third of the population in 2024 speaks Russian, it's an incredibly foolish move to alienate such a significant user base.
Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I decided to explore other options. Baltcom became the obvious choice, offering a more user-centric approach. It's disheartening when companies prioritize politics over their users. I hope they reconsider their decisions in the future. Goodbye Tet, and hello Baltcom!
Payments not working
Impossible to complete a payment, gets stuck half way. If you have patience, you might be lucky after some 5 or 10 attempts, sometimes not. Even after giving feedback several times to their customer service centre, nothing has changed during past year.
