I purchased the Dyson Airwrap i.d. specifically for its smart features and app integration. The device works as a hair styler, but it has never been possible to connect it to the MyDyson app.The app always freezes on “Connecting your multi-styler…” and never completes the pairing process.I have tried:* two different phones (iPhone and Samsung);* all Bluetooth, location and network permissions;* factory reset and Bluetooth reset;* reinstalling the app.Dyson replaced the entire Airwrap with a brand new unit, but the replacement has exactly the same problem.This suggests the issue is not with the hardware, but with the MyDyson app or Dyson’s backend.I have spent many hours troubleshooting something that should work out of the box. At this point I have lost confidence in both the app and the support process.For a premium product at this price, this experience is unacceptable.
