Good service, mediocre app
I love the product selection and delivery service has been great. But I just don’t understand the UX decisions behind the mobile app. Why products is under burger menu instead of bottom navigation bar where it would be easier to access? Why there is a menu item for A-Z designer search in the bottom navigation bar? Is it really more popular section than products? iOS native back swipe is broken because of that burger menu that pops out each time you swipe back? Obvious bugs (like when you select somethinh in the app it reloads 3 times) are not fixed for months? Why?
