- You can also enter another address if needed

- Track your vehicle on the map in real time as it comes for you

Car didn’t arrive and after that the app blocked me
I ordered taxi as usual to go home from a grocery store bc I had many bags. The app showed on the map that the car arrived but there was nobody around that spot. We were looking for this car for several minutes (it’s hard not to notice this taxi’s car since they are all the same). I even filmed a video to prove that there was no car around that grocery store.
After about ten minutes I cancelled my order because no car was there and I simply ordered Tesla.
A few days ago I wanted to order taxi from Nas Taxi again but can you guess what??? THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR APP.
So now I really want to ask what is wrong with you, your company and your employees? You block me, you regular client because I cancelled my order? Maybe you should have added the option “the driver hasn’t arrived that’s why I’M CANCELING MY ORDER?”
