This application is designed for our customers, they can follow up the actual status of their servers and services contracted with us. All the information is pulled from our monitoring servers which in real time pull the current status of all the services we provide. This data is presented beautifully on the iPhone. This is the first stage of bringing a top-of-class reporting to our clientele. This app was designed to provide a clean and intuitive interface to fulfill our customer's requirements so we can provide a 5-star customer satisfaction.
