Download the Neste App with new features!
Pay for refueling, car wash and Easy Fill windshield wash liquids with the Neste App. Register as a user, add your payment card details and you are ready. You can pay in the app with a debit/credit card, Neste Private card, Neste corporate card or with Apple Pay. Add your Plussa card as a discount card to receive valuable benefits (not applicable with the Neste corporate card). Neste App also works in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Remember to enable push messages to receive valuable benefits and discounts!
With the Neste App you can

- Wash your car at Neste K stations
- Fill up windshield wash liquid at Easy Fill stations
- Navigate to your preferred Neste station
- Use valuable benefits at Neste stations across the country
- Open the door to Easy Deli automatic retail stores

If you are a lease car driver at LeasePlan, Arval or Fleet Innovation, contact your leasing company to activate your corporate payment.
How to refuel using the Neste App
1. Drive to a Neste station and choose a vacant pump.
2. Open Neste App and select “Fill up” on the home page.
3. Select the correct pump number in the app.
4. Confirm the details: station name, pump number, payment card and sum. Confirm payment.
5. Start refueling.

Steel need serious improvement
Refueling via a mobile phone is unstable, especially if at the same time there is a parallel operation with the terminal with the participation of another user.
In addition, it is necessary to ensure the Russian localization of the application - in the Baltic countries there are many clients for whom Russian is their native language.
It would also be great if the application could view the current balance.
Business stealing money
If you want to support a money stealing business- use this app.
This app is constantly lagging, 4 times out of 5 all it gives me is error messages. But then today, after a failed attempt to pay for gas with the app, and leaving the pump, it gives me a receipt for gas I did not get :) either it paid for the next persons gas or just a non existant purchase overall. Needless to say the card machines are also from the 1990s, as those are as bad as this app. Now, I have a huge problem and I have to figure out how to get my money back all because of the “greatness” of this app and this company. Last time I am buying gas here and will encourage everyone around me to avoid Neste at all costs if they don’t want money to be stolen from them.
This app is unusable
This app is unusable, period. You seem to keep releasing bug fixes every now and then but this (cr)app still doesn’t work. And if does - it does so with a 1 in 15 chance. The other 14 times you just stand there like a blithering idiot and try to make it accept your payment (whichever method you choose), all while a queue of unhappy people is lining up behind you. Why make an app that even after a year, A WHOLE YEAR CARL, is not anywhere near to become a substitute for a physical card? This app should be deleted from App Store for how unusable and unreliable it is. Shame on you.
