Neste is the best fuel station and fuel supplier I have experienced. I have been inside Neste refinery and the company is very high quality and I always choose neste. And the app is amazing, i now drive an ev and the charging stations are great and app is easy to navigate.

WhyAllTheNicknamesAreTaken?
I believe they just hate their customers. The only reason I’m their client - is the quality of their fuel. On Friday, exactly at 5:19 Pm I made my bank payment to my Neste account, but after 1 hour and 11 minutes - money still weren’t there. No “instant payments” available in their far-far galaxy or wherever they are. Have they heard about “Revolut” or other instant payment services? Ok. Let’s use my plastic Neste card that I carry in my card holder. Of course I don’t remember my Pin. How could I? After all these years using my Neste app. Well, I guess it should be written in my Neste app. After all - the account is interlinked, right? Wrong! They never could have thought about that! At some fuel stations (not gonna mention the name) - you just get to your gas pump, it automatically detects your gas pump number, you press “Confirm” and pump your fuel. The money is taken from your bank account. Voila! How hard is that? And the biggest problem is that I’ve been writing about this issue about 2 years ago. Do you think anything has changed? NO! I guess their team of chimpanzees still runs on “Windows 95” and drinks brake fluid daily. Cause I have no other explanation of this nonsense.

It is your bank that holds the money, not Neste App. We send the advice message right away for your remaining unused money to be returned, but your bank is the final decision maker.We have to ask for pin code (or face id) to comply with financial security regulations. You can call Customer service to get a new pin code.

Almost unusable for business accounts

Log me out or just hangs on login all the time. Which is a major issue because it will require you create a new card in the extranet every time, it’s not enough to just login into the application.Require you to enter mileage, even when you don’t need it.Parts of the application are in Estonian without any translation into Latvian or English
