Ozan App Development Team,
I am writing to report a significant issue that has been affecting the app for the past few days. Specifically, the functionality for topping up an account using an unsaved bank card seems to be broken. The primary issue is that it's impossible to enter a custom top-up amount. Moreover, when selecting a preset amount for the transaction, the actual amount credited is 100 times less than what is chosen. For instance, when I attempt to top up 2000, only 20 is credited to my account.
This issue is causing considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request that you investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
