Not good place for investors, percentages are higher than in banks but there’s no customer service available, you get paid out late interest and they don’t even pay more for it, disappointing as my money just stuck in there.

Having a part of your loans late is normal in the entire p2p market (especially with short-term loans). The late loans generate the same interest as current ones, which means investors receive the principal amount + earned interest for the complete period of the initial term and overdue.
