Wrong waiting time
So I saw this app, was happy I’m not gonna have to sit waiting in a cramped waiting room with many people, but it sadly doesn’t work. It showed me my waiting time is 39 minutes. Which is fine, i can wait at home, but then i noticed the time change only every 10 minutes or even worse. So you would end up waiting at least 3 times longer than it actually says. So yeah the time is very unreliable which makes the whole thing useless. The only reason i give 2 stars and not 1 is because it let me find out other locations of the laboratory which had 0 clients waiting, ao I just drove to a farther location
Wrong waiting time
Waiting time has no connection to reality, 120 minutes could last for 5 hours. Interface is terible an there is just a few places where app can be used, so if there is any alternative way to get in the que - avoid this app!
Why app has so many bugs?!
This is the worst app I have ever seen!
It hasn’t been tested at all, no load testing was done, but even more- it also wasn’t tested for iPhones. It is a holy shame!
