Good bicycles terrible customer experience
Bicycle itself is nice and it's a very pleasant experience to ride Barcelona on a bicycle that is electric, however the app is very confusing and there is literally no customer service. If you have any questions or if you get lost with them or if some thing doesn't work with a bike the only option for you is to send an email with your phone number to and hope that they will get back to you soon but in my case I wasn't even able to walk the bike and I wasn't sure what to do, so I ended up spending much more time than the necessary (and paying for it) without ugh options for help
