The app is amazing
It’s quite easy to find the cheapest days and times. One but - I really don’t like the fact how the currency changes to the local currency of the city from which I’m flying… would be nice to set a default somehow
Very bad services
This is a very good company but their services are really bad. To get to an agent and complain is a very big issue, to pay with your card online it doesn’t go through even when you go the desk to pay they’re still need your card and it still doesn’t go through. You want to use PayPal it doesn’t goes through again. I don’t know what they’re thinking but I’m not using them again cause I don’t want to through this same situation in my life. Atleast let me have the freedom to even once pay at the desk normally the old fashion way I don’t know what they’re thinking but this their online payment is madness and it doesn’t even goes through 50% of the time
The App is good, but service extremely bad
The application is good, but as Ryanair is not collecting feedbacks and I could not find this option on the website - I’m writing it here.
The new rule with the seats, when you sit with a person separately is extremely annoying. This is by far the most stupid decision and makes all customers who travels in pairs very angry. This is the only company I know with such a stupid rule.
You always have to pay if you want to sit with a person together - how stupid is that?!
